About the Builders: Ted Terry & Ray Rivardo

Hampton Homes is owned and managed by Ted Terry and Ray Rivardo. Together, they represent a combined 55 years of home building, land development, real estate development and finance experience.

Ted began building homes in 1971 and since that time has built in excess of 11,000 homes in Atlanta and the Southeast. He is currently developing communities in Atlanta, Charlotte, Charleston and Sarasota.

Ray Rivardo teamed up with Ted in 2000, thus adding his 25 years of real estate development experience to the Hampton Homes management team.

Our sister company, Sunshine Mortgage, offers home mortgages to our customers. Sunshine was founded by Ted Terry in 1981 and is the largest private home mortgage lender in Atlanta.

All our years of know how, planning and hopes have come together in an inspired effort to create neighborhoods with homes that are affordable and built with quality craftsmanship.
